Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind. Such returns are at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with wafer seal intact, or cellophane unopened where relevant, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on the basis of a skin irritation/reaction and therefore encourage customers to try a sample before purchasing a full size bottle.
To start a return, first contact us at customercare@edulge.com for authorisation of return.
Please do not send back items to us without first contacting us for authorisation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The parcel must be received within 7 days of making your return request. Please pack items carefully as items damaged on the way back to us will not be refunded. Please request and keep your proof of posting from the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our customer service team at customercare@edulge.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a return.
Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.
Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty before you have spoken to our customer service team and been advised the appropriate course of action. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
Please note we may also ask you to provide images or video of the product to help verify the fault/damage before authorising a return on the grounds of damage or faults.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perfume discovery sets, samples and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about whether your specific item can be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unused, with wafer seal intact, or cellophane unopened where relevant, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please request and keep your proof of posting from the carrier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@edulge.com.
